Non-Machine Products (e.g., tea, gua shas, and other small items):

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time: After processing, non-machine products are shipped and usually delivered within 2-3 business days.


Machine Orders:

Processing Time: Machine orders require a longer processing period and are typically shipped within 5-14 business days.

Shipping Time: After processing, machines will be shipped and delivered based on the selected shipping method.


2. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items in your order. Available shipping methods and carriers will be displayed at checkout for you to choose from.


3. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. International shipping times may vary based on destination and customs processes, so please allow extra time for delivery if ordering from outside United States.

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applicable to their international orders.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your order’s status and estimated delivery time.


5. Shipping Delays

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. London E Spa is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize an error, contact us at info@londonespa.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
